Providing Crisis Support for Our Front Line Responders and Healthcare Professionals
Disaster Responder Assets Network is honored to present …
Treating healthcare professionals and front line responders in a COVID-19 epidemic – What mental health clinicians need to know
This is a difficult time for everyone, especially those on the front line helping people affected by this pandemic.
Please join us to learn from subject matter experts how mental health providers can help those helping others.
Our 90 minute educational presentation will be followed by a question and answer session with front line responders and health care professionals so you can find out first hand what they are dealing with during the current crisis.
Attendees will be able to submit questions to help our speakers address the range of mental health provider concerns about treating our healthcare professionals and front line responders during the crisis.
The cost of this training is $40.
Please email any questions or concerns to Admin@Disasterassets.org
Stay tuned for more info on the next scheduled crisis support class on our Events page on August 11, 2020 at 2pm PST.
Feedback from Recent Classes
“I found the class very interesting on a variety of levels… the segments were very different but each brought clarity to the challenges of providing support to first responders. I’ve been a chaplain with a law enforcement chaplaincy for 9 years and have attended a lot of trainings… this was by far one of the very, very best I’ve ever heard. Absolutely excellent.”
– Dr. Pat Bach, PsyD, RN
“The content of the two presentations was really informative.”
“Watching the presentation really brought home how much of it applies to me currently.“
